I’m an Anti-Diet Dietitian who uses the Intuitive Eating principles to help women with PCOS who struggle with binge eating to stop dieting and trust their bodies so they can finally end the binge-restrict cycle and focus on management strategies that actually work! My 12 week group program will completely change how you think and feel about your body and food so you can be fully present in your life rather than constantly preoccupied by your diet.   • Will I be able to lose weight?

    The Food Peace Group program is not a weight loss program. We take a weight-neutral approach to health and nutrition and do not talk about or focus on weight. That doesn't mean that weight loss isn't possible. But it's not our focus. Our focus is on reframing food and health beliefs to feel at peace with food and eating in a way that is optimal for your unique body. For some, this could lead to weight loss, and for others, weight gain or maintenance.

  • What if I want to try fixing things on my own first? Can I get in next time after seeing how it goes?

    I 100% understand wanting to try it on your own first! A lot of my clients thought they could do this on their own by piecing together free content and then feel overwhelmed with no accountability or clear action steps. They usually come back 6 months later and finally reach their goals. They all have said that they wished they had started sooner which is why I always encourage people to start NOW no matter where they are in their journeys. Intuitive eating is a skill. Just like with any new skill you want to learn, it’s just so much easier and less time-consuming when you work with a professional who’s taken the same exact steps you’re taking now to guide you, support you, and hold you accountable.   • What can I expect?

    The Food Peace Group Program is a 12 week program that is designed to help you make peace with food and your body so you can eat without feeling guilty or out of control while still supporting your health! We provide weekly group video calls (with replay available!), easy-to-use modules with action steps to help you put intuitive eating into real life practice, a group chat for support and encouragement, and a 60 minute 1:1 call with me to help you identify any barriers keeping you stuck and individualized goals to get you unstuck! You can expect to spend just 1-2 hours per week working through the modules, putting them into practice and participating in group coaching calls.

  • What if I can't afford it?

    Food Peace is a PREMIUM investment in YOU and your health! Normally, we have no problem investing in diet programs or gym memberships. But when it comes to healing a lifetime of disordered eating created by said diet programs, we balk.
